The solemn celebration of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the European Association Cyril and Methodius and the Bulgarian school „Hristo Botev“ in Strasbourg will take place on May 18, 2019 (Saturday) at the PreO Hall in Oberhausbergen, at 5 rue du Général de Gaulle, 67205 Oberhausbergen.
We plan to start at 17:00 with a show prepared by our students (duration: about an hour and a half, in Bulgarian).
At 20 o ‘clock. will start the concert of the group Violons Barbares and the vocal group of Bulgarian folk songs in Karlsruhe Bella Rado which will be open to the public of Strasbourg.
During the break between the two shows, we organize a buffet prepared by the members of our Association, as well as exhibitions in the hall of the cultural center: the works of our students, made in art workshops; exhibition of jewelry made of natural materials by the artist Zhivka Brazitsova; of Bulgarian embroidery by Daniela Tanushev. There will be a booth of the editor Élitchka, installed in Alsace since 2013 and specializes in publishing children’s literature.
Drinks (soft drinks, beer and Bulgarian wine) will be provided by the association and will be purchased on site.
After the second show, there will also be a bar.
